Hi, I’m Kelly, the heart behind Little Lime Tree Photography.

I photograph families, couples and seniors in Aspen and throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, creating beautiful, natural images in some of the most incredible places in Colorado.

My approach is relaxed and effortless, with just enough direction so you never have to wonder what to do. I’m drawn to beautiful light, genuine connection, and all of the little in-between moments that make photographs feel like you. The result is a gallery that feels elevated and timeless, while still being full of personality, movement, and joy..

Whether your family returns to Aspen year after year or you’re visiting for a special trip, I want your session to feel like part of the experience. We might wander through golden aspen trees, spend an evening beneath the Maroon Bells, or photograph your family somewhere that already holds meaning for you here.

I’ll guide you throughout the session while leaving plenty of room for the moments that happen naturally. The laughter, the little hands, the way your kids interact with each other, and the photographs you didn’t even realize were being taken.

Aspen has been our home for over 6 years now, and photographing families here has given me an incredible appreciation for both the beauty of this valley and the memories people create while they’re here. I know the locations, the seasons, the changing mountain light, and all of the little details that can make the difference between a beautiful photograph and an unforgettable one.

My style blends timeless portraiture with natural storytelling, creating galleries filled with beautiful light, genuine emotion, and the people you love most.
